One of my favorite parts of the Upper Great Lakes is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. For over 40 years, I have enjoyed the scenic and vast beauty of Lake Superior’s southern shore. Read more in my Marquette Michigan 2026 Adventure Guide: Recreation, Culture, and Food in the Upper Peninsula highlighting opportunities for outdoor recreation, Lake Superior views, great restaurants, and culture in one of my favorite cities in the region!
